Basin Sports

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Basin Sports, and I must say, it was incredibly disappointing. The owners at Basin Sports seem utterly disinterested in customer satisfaction. They display a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy, making interactions with them unnecessarily frustrating. In addition to their abysmal customer service, Basin Sports' lack transparency and accountability. There's a pervasive sense of indifference when it comes to addressing issues or resolving complaints. It's clear that they have little regard for fostering positive relationships with their customers. Overall, my experience with Basin Sports left much to be desired. The owners and management should seriously reconsider their approach to running a business if they hope to retain any semblance of credibility and customer loyalty. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where my patronage is valued and appreciated.

WOW!! Found a pair of work boots that I wanted. Searched for them and found Basin Sports. I'm very glad that I did. Not only did they have the best price around. ($100 less than anywhere else) but the customer service is amazing. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and received them on Monday. Thanks Basin Sports y'all have a customer for life!

We would not recommend them for anything. we ran into an emergency where my son had forgotten his football cleats in Tooele. We got the call from him when we were in Roosevelt on our way to the game in Vernal. We stopped at this so called store Basin Sports and bought football cleats for my son. We got them to him as the game was starting. He slipped them and went straight onto the field. After the game, he told us they were a size to small and they hurt his feet. The game ended at 9pm, so the store was closed and we headed back home. I called them and they said I needed to be in person to exchange them, I was like we are 4 hours away. I then emailed them and they said, I could send back and they would send the new ones out. I didn't realized that because he had used them one time, they couldn't exchange them due to their policy. The policy was explained after they had received the cleats back in the mail. I would never shop again with them. 0 stars if I could. These companies need to realize when things like this happen they can do better for their customers but they don't! Don't go buy anything from them.

These guys are great. I bought set of vortex binoculars 2 years ago and they broke while hunting elk on Thanksgiving. I went in the following day and they swapped me out right then and there no questions asked. Definitely saved our hunt. Will continue to use them exclusively from here on out. There prices are also better than Sportsmans

Basin sports was the best customer service i have ever received in my life. Especially in the gun counter. I made a purchase online , and am beyond happy. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. I live in cook county Illinois. And truly value my right to defend myself and my family. Politics aside, God bless America. And love they neighbor. No matter what caliber.
